eCommerce / DTC Growth Strategy Case for Flamingo Shaving (May-20)

In my final interview for a senior role at Flamingo as Head of DTC Business, I was tasked with developing a growth strategy for the brand’s entire eCommerce business and digital acquisition strategy. I dug into customer data to model by cohort and value, turning my findings into recommendations for targeting the most high-value customers. I also assessed the site and provided recommendations to boost optimization and customer experience for higher conversions. This project showcased my data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and growth capabilities within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) business model.
