Enhancing Starbucks Verismo (Booth MBA Class | 03/2016)

I had the privilege of leading an MBA team that worked on a connected coffee maker concept. Our team conducted extensive market research, interviewed coffee drinkers, analyzed survey data, and researched the market landscape to identify consumer needs and wants. Based on our findings, we developed a coffee maker concept that successfully met the expectations and requirements of the target audience as well as our client, Starbucks.
