I created this comprehensive and strategic presentation for Factor, a leading meal subscription company, as part of the final round for a VP of Growth role. It addressed the company's need for rapid customer acquisition. Through meticulous analysis and careful planning, I devised a media spend strategy that allocated resources efficiently across different channels, factoring in seasonality and channel diversification. I determined an allowable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while considering an appropriate media payback period. Additionally, I outlined a promotion strategy, highlighted Factor's strengths and weaknesses, and devised a tactical approach to address potential performance downturns.
